The procedure and the practice directive requires us to attend to the following before applying for an opposed motion date:
1. Heads of Arguments;
2. Practice Notes;
3. List of Authorities;
4. Chronology; and
5. Copies of the actual case laws as per the list of authorities.
The above needs to be served and filed and it must have their own indexes and be paginated.
If the above are note adhered to no date will be given and/or allocated. Should a duplicate file needs to be opened a LOST COURT DOCUMENT/FILE AFFIDAVIT MUST BE FILED BY THE APPLICANT.
