Sheriffs Sandton and Randburg have both retired from 31 October. As a result, all documents are to be forwarded to Theo Siebert of the Sandton-Midrand sheriff’s office.
Charmaine Mabuza of the SA Board of Sheriffs stated in an article in The Star newspaper that all resignations are viewed seriously and are given the same urgent attention. The SA Board of Sheriffs is currently awaiting word from the minister of justice and constitutional management.
